Our Team

“I believe all people with Autism have the potential to learn meaningful skills that can lead to direct employment, or enterprise based self-employment, and has supported people with complex needs to identify activities that the prefer, which also allow them to earn their own money and develop their personal skill profiles.”

Charlie Feigen, BSc (Hons), MSc

Managing Director & Sole Proprietor

Charlie is the founder and Managing Director of Otium Behaviour Services and has over 10 years experience working with people with additional needs and Learning Disabilities, most prolifically with people with Autism. Charlie has worked directly with clients with Autism and additional needs, previously employed by UK Schools providing intervention underpinned by the Science of Behaviour Analysis.

Charlie founded OBS with a vision for transforming adult service intervention for people with additional needs, having experienced the sharp cliffs edge that occurs when a Client’s Education Health & Care Plan funding ceases after reaching the age of 25.

Charlie was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 26, and with Autism at the age of 30, which give him a unique perspective on SEND intervention and care service that his Clients and partners find invaluable.
